eSpray is our entry-level HOCl generator. It is a compact & simple electrochemical activation (ECA) cleaning and sanitizing system that offers the most effective, and environmentally friendly alternative for a chemical-free facility. The BIOzolv produced (HOCl) is suitable for cleaning in & around a healthcare facility, home, office or commercial premises. The components are water and salt and when activated will produce a solution that is non-toxic and non-hazardous to humans and animals. Simply, make your solution.
Stringent tests undertaken by accredited independent laboratories and university research departments have shown HOCl is 99.99% effective against all forms of germs. The solution only has two components – water from the tap and table salt, which is dissolved in the water. The components are activated using a form of electrolysis whereby a small electrical current is applied to the solution using a specialized electrolysis cell. This produces hypochlorous acid, which is a powerful and safe disinfectant, and sodium hypochlorite solution, an effective cleaning agent. Together, they create a powerful, naturally occurring disinfectant cleaner and sanitizer that’s safe, non-toxic, non-allergenic, environmentally friendly, and low-cost.
A single activation will produce 350mls of disinfectant and cleaning solution equivalent to around 0.01% w/w of Free available chlorine. The system includes a generator, USB power cable, filling funnel, measuring spoon, & instructions. Power supply & table salt are NOT included and test strips are available.
