Batch Control Helix Test – Steam Penetration (PCD)

The Sterintech Batch Control Helix Test (BCHT) is designed to monitor sterilizers parameters during each cycle. Testing each batch ensures that correct Sterilization is occurring. Helix devices and their indicators have proven that they can detect failures during each cycle much earlier and better than other chemical/biological indicators. Failures which are not detected by other indicators ranging from leakages, bad steam conditions, non-condensable gases, time, and temperature issues are detected. The BCHT forms a simple and economic aid to release your load securely. The test is recommended for class “B” Bench Top Steam sterilizers.
